For Original Owners:
We built our reputation on providing a quality, performance product and we’ve stood behind it since 2002. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, Orca Green Marine warrants your LX Classic Series LED Navigation Light for the lifetime of the product, and we will repair or replace the product to the original owner at no charge.
Orca Green Marine has sole discretion to determine manufacturer’s defects. This warranty is for the LX Classic Series only and does not cover the Q Series, KIS Series, brackets and accessories as they have a separate warranty and are not covered under the lifetime warranty policy.
Orca Green Marine will only authorize the warranty claim if the product was purchased directly from OGM or from an authorized dealer. Copy of original purchase receipt must accompany return of product to validate warranty. Questions about verification of authorized dealers should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
To make a claim, do not return your OGM product to the store. Stores are not authorized to provide service under this warranty. Instead, print and send us the complete Lifetime Warranty Claim Form. Include this form with your OGM product along with your contact information and a copy of your purchase receipt.
For Non-Original Owners:
Repair / Replacement Policy for non-original owners:
For a fee, Orca Green Marine (at our discretion) will repair or replace circuit boards, LEDs, wiring and lenses as needed and available. For more information contact OGM Warranty and Repair at 1-443-699-6348 or email@example.com All fees for repair or replacement depend on the year, model and damage to the product.
Returning the product:
We encourage you to send your OGM product by a traceable method (such as Fed Ex or UPS),as Orca Green Marine is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. We will return your LX Classic using ground UPS service.
Allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. For non-delivery or further information, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will do our best to reply within four (4) – seven (7) business days (provided contact information has been included with your product)
LX Classic replacement policy: Within a period of 3 years after the original date of purchase, OGM will replaced defective LX Classic products (if not repairable) for free. Older models that can not be repaired will be replaced at a discount of 50% off the MSRP. LX Classic replacements are limited to 1 unit per year. This policy is only applicable to original owners of the product and requires a proof purchase receipt. The consumer must return the LX Classic LED light and receipt copy to: Orca Green Marine, LLC, 7040 Bembe Beach Road, Ste 1, Annapolis, MD 21403
Limitation on Damages: For breach of any written or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is limited to damages of repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the election of Orca Green Marine. Orca Green Marine is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental, or consequential damages, resulting from the use of this product. This warranty extends to residents of the United States only.
